The fuels of the future, hydrogen and synfuel, are being showcased by Avenergy Suisse and Empa on the “Powerfuel” theme island at the renowned Swiss Museum of Transport in Lucerne. From 1 March 2021, the focus will be on hydrogen mobility. Hydrogen mobility is already marketable and is being put to use in a variety of areas – be it in private, passenger or freight transport. Now it is time to bring the topic to life for the general public in the form of a permanent exhibition, addressing the important roles played by our long-standing partners. |
The members of Avenergy Suisse ensure the supply of fuels in our country. Empa – the research institute of the ETH Domain for materials research and technology – is investigating various types of sustainable fuels as well as future technologies in the field of bridge and road construction, among other things. The exhibition will be constantly updated and developed. Further key topics will follow.
